m17 R3, higher refresh rate 4K LCD replacement?
I have an m17 R3 with a RTX 2080 Super and a 4K 60Hz screen. The LCD is gorgeous but the refresh rate is terrible on it. Does anyone know of a compatible 4K LCD with a faster refresh rate, maybe 120Hz I could get?

Dell only tested/validated one 4K UHD 3840x2160 60Hz LCD. Below are the tested/validated m17 R3 LCD =
8JRHK UHD 3840x2160, 60Hz
4VP88 FHD 1920x1080, 300Hz
8CGYR FHD 1920x1080, 144Hz
9XPXT FHD 1920x1080, 144Hz
J90HW FHD 1920x1080, 144Hz

It's unlikely you'll find one that will work -- there is no at-purchase option for a 4K screen other than 60 Hz.
Also bear in mind that if you replace the screen, you will likely find yourself without a warranty on a new system.

The 4K 60Hz screen is already a good option, and users have installed 4K 144Hz screen panels for gaming and the GPU 2080 super will drive a 4K 300Hz screen panel for graphic design programs. Upgrading the screen panel will also retain the existing Tobii eye tracking installation. [More discussion Here]
Dell Support for Alienware m17 R3 includes Contact Technical Support who should be able to identify the appropriate replacement screen panel options and their Dell Part Number (DP/N) to assist with your upgrade review. Remember to request additional information on any upgrade requirements for different cables, etc. The replacement upgrade screen panels are out there, just not included in the m17 R3 upgrade tab Parts and Accessories.
