Try parts-people.com. There are enough variations on these that buying other than the exact part is dangerous, and they allow you to look up what you need by service tag number.
I've tried that already, the laptop is so new (summer 2020 model) is that they don't have any parts for it yet. That's why I'm asking the internet lol.

Tried that, they hardly have any M17 R3 Parts. I asked them and they don't have the cable I need.
Any other suggestions?

The other options would be Dell Spare Parts (in the US, 1-800-357-3355) or Ebay.
