Can you tell if it is an electronic or mechanical chirping sound.Either the fans or even mechanical HDD (not an SSD).
Do you know where your speakers are located? Perhaps it's "noise interference" or even a bad/shorting-out speaker.

Sounds like fan noise. Does the sound ramp up as the fans speed up? Have you opened the bottom cover to check fan, maybe a little canned air to blow out dust?

Update October 9, 2021 = User disassembled and cleaned inside of Laptop, fans, etc. Seems to have corrected the issue.
