Open local admin account and always download the BIOS v1.6.0 update application (most users avoid this version) and save file onto your computer. Right click on this file to get its CRC SHA checksum value. To ensure the integrity of your download, verify file checksum value with checksum value on download web page. If checksum values are not identical, download file again. (You do not want to brick your system.)
Before starting BIOS install, ensure your battery has more that 10% charge. If your system is very slow, make sure that battery charge is at maximum. Disconnect charger's dc power lead. Be very careful to not interrupt the following BIOS install activity.
Right click on file and Run as administrator. Wait for BIOS application to say the installation was successful. Restart computer to save BIOS. The computer will automatically shut down, then check BIOS during start-up, then give splash screen so that log-on screen can be used.

Try :
1) turn off your laptop
2) press and hold CTRL+ESC
3) Press power on. Notd: keep pressing CTRL+ESC until you are at bios recovery window.
4) Restore Bios ( if restore don't work do step 1,2,3 and chose bios rollback)
Your hard drive (Efi partition) should keep backup of current bios and previous bios.
