m17 R4, broken Thunderbolt installation package
Hello,
There is an error in recent (11/5/2021) Thunderbolt Controller Driver installation package "Intel-Thunderbolt-Controller-Driver_TBTC0_WIN_1.41.1193.0_A11.EXE" for Alienware m17 R4.
Installation ends with the "Error 0x80070643: Failed to install MSI package". I believe that the reason is that file "Thunderbolt(TM) Software Installer.exe" in the package is corrupt.
Dell please fix the issue. Same problems with this update for other laptops, e.g. Inspiron.

It looks like that on my machine the Intel Thunderbolt update was installed through Windows update service earlier in November 2021. Because of that the system didn't apply "Intel-Thunderbolt-Controller-Driver_TBTC0_WIN_1.41.1193.0_A11.EXE" for Alienware m17 R4 package.
Strange that output was "Fatal error". I would expect something like "same version already installed"
