Before all of this happen, I had an issue with my old CPU fan. So I ordered a heatsink and fan assembly from Alienware. After replacing my heatsink and fan assembly my GPU fan is spinning 100% right after I start my laptop and continue to spin 100% the whole time that my laptop is on. I tried to run diagnostic it says "FAN- THE (VGA FAN) fan failed to respond correctly"  so I decided to call the technical support and when they run the diagnostic with me the error was gone. It made me think it could be software issue. so I tried different apps to offset my fan and I already reformat/reset my laptop thinking this might be an software issue or bug but it didn't solve my problem. it would be great help if someone who had this experience help me out.
