m17 R4, macro lighting not working

Question

Cannot change macro lighting. Nothing happens when I click on it under the FX tab in my Alienware Command Center. All drivers and system appear to be updated, although I did get a notification saying my laptop was not compatible for Windows 11. Not sure what else to add. When I try to change the theme, there is an exclamation point next to both 'Macros' and 'Settings' and they are greyed out.   Is there a simple fix for this, or do I have to go file rummaging? Any help is appreciated.

Please uninstall the Alienware Command Center application and click on the below links to update to the latest version. Also, install the OC app too

First, there is confusion about which model you have? The 2021 m17 R4 is validated with Windows 10/11.The 2016 17 R4 is validated with Windows 10.The 2012 M17x R4 is validated with Windows 7/8/8.1.

I looked deeper at my computer's specs and it is on Windows 11 (I don't know why it was saying it was incompatible). It is definitely the m17 R4. Not sure what other specs to offer.
