m17 R5, occassionally repair/diagnostic loop

Hi everyone, I currently own an Alienware m17 R5 that I purchased about a year ago. When I first got it, everything ran smoothly. But after a few months, the laptop started acting up — I began getting BSODs when playing certain games. After consulting with Dell support, we agreed to replace both the motherboard and the SSD.

After the replacement, the laptop worked fine for a while. However, a few months later the issues returned. Now, whenever I turn it on (especially in the morning), it goes into a “Windows repairing/diagnostic loop.”

What happens is: on boot, the screen shows a “repairing” message, then restarts, then shows “diagnosing,” then restarts again, and repeats this cycle around 3–5 times before finally loading into Windows.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a solution?
