m17, start button blinking 2x red and 1x blue

Question

Hello, I changed battey in my alienware r17m5 and this problem showup: when I press the ON button, the laptop starts for 2 seconds and then stop. He does this several times and then starts up with a black screen and the power LED (skull) blinks 2x red and 1 blue Somebody know the problem?

Light Code 2-1 means the processor has failed.

Make sure you bought the battery from Dell and not from an online seller.

I count laptop 5 times switch on/off and then starts with black screen and power button is blinking 2x red and 1x green.
