M17, using an HP charger

Question

Hi, Does anyone know how to force this Dell system to charge the battery instead of staying at 0%. Also, how to open up my other 7 GPU cores locked by them? I've been thinking of uninstalling the AC battery windows controller but this seems more Hardware faced. I'm using an HP charger so I think the adapter needle is smaller than my original charger head. So maybe I need to make it a little bigger so it gets more inside it?

Only an OEM Dell adapter will complete the charge circuit and allow the battery to charge. Start there.

Well you could try looking at what model of cpu you have and then check if the hp adapter is the thing that is disabling those cores.
