M17x R1, what Ram would work to upgrade?

Upgraded the hard drive and cpu, but struggling to find the correct RAM. Tried this ddr3 (link below) but it didnt work. Can someone suggest a RAM that might work and is compatible?

Please post picture of your old original RAM Memory card's identification label.
