M17x R3, no supported AlienFX detected
I upgrade my old Alienware M17x R3 to non-supported Windows 10. When I install AWCC (Alienware Command Center) it says no supported AlienFX detected.
No Events found!

I believe this has already been answered for you on the Alienware Discord server but just to confirm, you need to be using the correct version of AWCC for your specific model. There have been many versions over the years and they are not all compatible with every model.

If you are still having issues then you most likely have a hardware issue on the motherboard.
