m18 R1, 2023 died

So it seems like my Alienware m18 R1 died. It was switched on and I played a couple of hours without any problems. Then I exited the game and just left it switched on. After an hour I noticed that my laptop's screen is black but the keyboard is on. The alien (the swtch on/off button) was glowing with the blue light. I tried to switch it off/on, pressing other buttons, but it wasn't reacting anyhow on my actions.

I started investigating the issue googling the problem. And the most common answer was to reboot the BIOS. I swtched battery off and went through the steps. Now, I cant switch it on and it doesn't react at all. However, all the ports are active and I can connect any device to charge it. The AC and the battery are fine, seems like.

What should I do? I bought this 5 months ago. And played a couple of hours each day. There were no issues before. I don't know what is happening, but I will never buy Alienware products again. It just died with no visible reason at all.
