To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.

The motherboard has been confirmed to be faulty and replacement processes have been started.

dell sent me a new laptop but still have the same problem. thermal data is not visible. i'm gonna delete and reinstall awcc and post an update again after I run the final tests.

Just got this machine 3 days ago and Dell is already going to send someone out to replace the motherboard.  HDMI doesn't output to external monitor.  The thing with Command Center for me though, is that any time I want to create a custom preset, it crashes or BSOD's my computer.  Everything is up to date, newest drivers and all.  I'm about done with Dell at this point.
