Old Alienware Question

So, Alienware PC laptop from roughly 2013. Going strong, but the light-bar has started flickering for the LED volume displays.

After some searching, I'd found items concerning AlienFX and the Alienware Command Center, but it looks like the newest one available is incompatible with my platform due to the age of the system.

Any recommendations or authorized download sites for programs that can still help me adjust the settings on this? For whatever reason, I've also lost the ability to toggle Alien FX with the FN key.

Combing through the drive folders has been slow going as well.
Any pointers to help narrow down a possible solution?
