Pre-Dell Area-51m Clevo 5620D, memory?

Question

Hello people of the dell Alienware forum I need some assistance with something, I have this very old Alienware laptop computer that my uncle gave me it's an area 51 m, It has windows XP professional 1-2cpu, It has a full desktop cpu in it, 30gb of HDD space, an ATI mobility Radeon 9000 and the model number is 5620D but when I look online I can't find anything on it the problem is it has no ram I'm pretty sure it takes DDR SDRAM but I don't know the max ram amount it can handle, again I'm not expecting much for such an old laptop but might as well try, Should also add that since it has no ram it refuses to turn on but it surprisingly still charges the battery being so old.

This is an old, pre-Dell acquisition notebook made by the ODM Clevo (which still makes notebooks for the boutique market -- i.e., Sager, AVA, Eurocom, Falcon Northwest, etc.).

Memory appears to be DDR:

@ejn63 posted link is accurate on the model number and if you read that page you will see that the maximum RAM is 1 GB total.
