R17 Keyboard Not Working
Randomly my R17's keyboard has turned off on me, and am trying to figure out why that is and how to turn it back on.
This hasn't started happening until an update I want to say perhaps a year or year and a half ago, maybe within the past 9 months, but I just had it happen to me within the past 6-9 months, and even now, it is working as I am typing this message on my laptop keyboard and not my desktop keyboard for which I have USB's plugged into the laptop with that never give me issues.
Also, I can type with both the laptop keyboard and the desktop keyboard no problem with the USB's for my desktop keyboard plugged into the laptop.
Someone help me out please and tell me the commands for turning my laptop keyboard back on because I know that thats what it is, and tell me how to reverse all of the updates to my laptop since January of 2022.
Thank you!

Also, as I just closed this window with this response, I wound up going to the sticky notes on my desktop to type a note, and the laptop keyboard stopped working again.

Hi @Sunnyd29 welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
To restore your operating system to its original factory image, look at Factory Reset, Restore, or Reinstall Microsoft Windows on a Dell computer | Dell US.

Sunnyd29,
Our users need you to be specific about which Alienware model you have there.
