Replacing an Order - Alienware Graphics Amplifier is faulty, how do i replace it?
The PSU of my AGA is faulty, and i'd like to return and get a replacement for the order i made. What are my options?
Do i have to return what i have, get the refund, and buy a whole new AGA? Or is there a way to automatically get a replacement without having to go through the purchase process again?

Just call dell and put it back inside the package and ship it back to where it came from. Before that just call them and say it’s faulty.

For extra context: this was an online order, not in-person in any way.

You will get a return label when you call Dell tomorrow. Do not send it back without authorization.
