Question

I have this issue from last week I don't know what can I do with this.

also I want to ask how can I check if my warranty is still working because I lost receipt for this laptop.

how can I fix this please.

I have exams and many of homework's I have to finish then.

If you're the registered owner, you can look up your warranty with the service tag number at dell.com/support. If you purchased from a third party or used, you will need that receipt to register the system.

Meanwhile, run a screen diagnostic - hold the D key through powerup. Does the same fault show on the test screens, or do they appear without the same fault?

Thanks for you help, and I bought it from third party last year and I lost my receipt.

for the screen diagnostic its showing the same flicker.

I tried to update the Graphic card, but its not working

Please have a look at options within [SOLVED] Dell Laptop Screen Flickering - Driver Easy.

Please use HDMI cable to connect laptop to external TV or Monitor. Does the same fault persist on external screen?

Same thing happened to me but with a different laptop, were you able to fix it or are you going to send it to technical service?
