Shows 'Bad credentials' when log in Alienware arena

I am reaching out because I am having trouble logging into my Dell Arena account. Despite entering the correct login credentials, I am unable to access my account. And I also try many times about changing the password, which is not working. It always shows: Bad credentials, and I don't know why.
