After a couple of calls and a few chat sessions and ultimately a PM on this board yesterday from Dell Thank You Anita found out where mine actually was (shipped from an Asian country somewhere). Today as of early this morning it left Chicago en-route to me for a Saturday delivery per the FedEx tracking number. The take away here is the website order information is not real time by any means.
