kryonaut is the best one you can get,. period. They come in small 1-2 application bags and 3-4 application bags. If it;s your first time repasting a cpu/gpu....go with the bigger one. If you are sure you are not gonna mess it up, go with the smaller one,. Its enough for one application. I for one have 2 small ones, as my initial big one ran out. (repasted 2 friends's laptops)
steps are easy:
1.clean old dell toothpaste garbage off.
2.clean again (isopropilic alcohol plus wipes)
3.apply moderate in center (non conductive, relax...you wont fry anything)
4. carefully screw back the heatsink.apply diagonal pressure (screw stuff in X shape so you dont put pressure too much on one side
