What causes the computer to hang on startup?
When I start the machine, the led and fan work normally but when I get to the screen, it hangs (maybe after a few minutes).
The Caps Lock button does not work.
I downgraded Bios to 1.8 and reinstalled win 10 but it still has that problem.
I have powered it off and then restarted it many times but can't use it, sometimes the led is on and the fan runs but the screen goes black or the machine turns off by itself.
No Events found!

Please run windows Reliability Monitor and wait for event timeline to be created. Look at events during every start-up for source of problem and Microsoft error code. How to use Windows Reliability Monitor to identify software issues | Dell US.
Please click on Product Support to identify system Model and Revision number, example x17 R2. Open Diagnostics tab and run the 40 minutes Full Test to thoroughly analyse your PC and detect any hardware problems.

Hi @Tubv if system is an Alienware laptop, during boot is there an Alienware logo splash screen with F2 and F12 options? If yes, when splash screen appears, press and hold down the F12 key to enter boot menu. Use up and down keys to select Diagnostics and press Enter key to run ePSA Diagnostics.

So sad!
I made a diagnosis but nothing happened.
Some cases hang when:
- Only keyboard light and black screen
- While booting, the screen shows the Alienware logo
- When I have entered the screen F2 or F12
- When used for a few minutes
Sometimes I can use it all day normally even if I restart or shut down and then reopen but when I turn it off to go to sleep and the next morning I open it 100% will hang again. And then even holding the power button to turn it off and on again a few dozen times it still hangs.

Is there any issues shown on running diagnosis
Suggest you to disconnect battery and do a dry boot to drain our residual power
