x14 R2, mic, boot mode, brightness issues
Alienware x14 R2
1. Mute and Mic Button is not working.
2. Bluetooth is not detecting my headphones.
3. Boost mode for fan is not getting enabled.
4. Brightness button is not making any difference.

First thing to do is to check that all your drivers are up to date and then check your BIOS updates as well.
There's a good chance that they are related to Windows/Drivers rather than a hardware issue.
A clean Windows installation would be the next course of action.
If you are still covered by warranty then an email to Support would also be a good idea.
