x15 R1, fix the light
Alienware x15 R1
The alien head would not light up the color I want it to. Every time I send this laptop for repair it comes back with more problems.

Hi RCOONa welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
If this Alienware x15 R1 (6/15/2021) was purchased from Dell with Dell warranty, click on Get Help Now icon on RH side of this webpage, and request online session so that Dell can use their diagnostics to fix software problems and/or instigate replacement parts.
Within the first 30 days there is option to Reject this Alienware x15 R1 delivered with faults. Dell Refund policy, New vs Refurbished | DELL Technologies.
After first 30 days the free first year basic Dell warranty or the purchased Dell premium warranty is used. After three separate attempts to fix same fault, it is Dell policy to provide replacement laptop of equal or better specification.
