The issue is the intel GPU and the Nvidia GPU interfering with each other. For now until they fix the drivers. Disable the onboard intel GPU with the MUX switch. Go to Bios/Advanced and Disable Hybrid graphics/Advanced Optimus. That fixed it for me. If you dont see the MUX switch setting update to The latest bios and you should see it.
As soon as possible, please visit online Dell account and create Service Request so that Dell knows there is a problem and the system has been Rejected. Unfortunately this request has to be escalated to senior Dell tier that can authorise your request, so you have to wait for Dell to arrange collection of your system.
As your system is still within Dell first year warranty, click on @DELL-Cares to send Private Message and request assistance.

If still within the first 30 days of Acceptance, there is option to Reject system and get new replacement or full refund. Dell Refund policy, New vs Refurbished - Dell Community
