Bought it 1.5 years ago, and already it had hardware failure!! Cannot display to external monitor and laptop display is not working. Laptop boots but no image. Best solution I am told is out of warranty repair which I’m processing. I have owned Dell and Alienware products and been loyal for 20 years…I’ve issues but this one and the lack of assistance is enough to make me switch to Lenovo permanently, unless someone at Dell contacts me and assists properly.
