x16 R1, USB-C ports (Thunderbolt and DisplayPort) stopped working

Hi,

As per title, USB-C connector ports in my Alienware x16 R1 laptop suddenly stopped working. Everything was working properly last time I used my laptop. After turning it on today I realised both ports are down. The ports or connected to them devices were not touched so it's not the connection issue. I tried to download any new drivers and I've reset my bios settings but nothing helped. My warranty support expired a week ago so I can't even ask there which is frustrating. Any idea how I can solve this problem? I would appreciate your help. Thanks.
