Update:  Restart issue is still preset.  This is the third major problem I've had with this computer.  I'm done, I Want a refund at this point.

The Dell USA return policy states that a refund is only allowed inside the first 30 calendar days from the original invoice date. Once outside of that 30 day period, you are only eligible for part component replacement service. Your system invoiced on May 18, 2022. The cutoff refund date was June 17, 2022.
