x17 R1, keyboard stopped working, #7

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue with the same system x17 R1. the same keys just working on Windows. When I go to bios all keys are working. Before booting the windows, the keyboard lights stuck and almost all keys were not responding.

I replaced keyboard IO board and cable but still same. I can see on device manager side 1 usb device not correct installed. When I plugout the IO board the usb device error is going.

I uninstalled all dell and alienware softwares and reinstalled again, but it did not help

Also I can tried different to BIOS version downgrade/upgrade not helped and tried keyboard Firmware installation, its giving error (3)

I tried new windows installation, the keyboard stopped again on the installation process. I am not sure it's a hardware issue because the keyboard is working in BIOS fully functional. Its looks like SW issue, also the keyboard responding too before windows loading circle

Do you have any other advice?
