x17 R1, new, defective?
Hi, I received my new x17 R1 yesterday, and found several problems with it:
1) Touchpad: the touchpad comes with a lighting feature which is really good. But I found its right corner looks broken (different from the left corner).
2) The screw in the 2nd M.2 ssd slot. It is good to see an original screw there so that I don't need to buy one. However, the screw is too tight and I cannot loosen it (I don't want to strip it). Is it an common issue?
Should I consider these as some product defects? I would appreciate it if anyone can help.

Update = After verifying ownership and completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a system exchange.

The good thing is that I was told one week ago they were arranging for a complete replacement, but the bad thing is that so far they haven't provided an ETA. I know it is close to Christmas, but I really want to receive this replacement before I move to another city in early January.

Remember you are still within first 30 day return window even for replacement. I did the replacement thing and regretted it as the replacement was bad, I wanted a refund at that point but was past return period. finally got one but big hassle. I recommend simple return and order a new one.
