Hi @manojpk guess that Dell arranged for a contractor to visit and install a new boot drive and operating system.
Dell 100% guarantee their assigned contractor to undertake a professional repair. In this instance the Dell assigned contractor messed-up the repair, the Dell Alien logo splash screen with windows login and many drivers are missing. Because of that, the graphic driver is also crashing.
Please visit your online Dell account to see the record of this repair and update to say that repair failed, remember to include what you stated in OP.
Create another Service Request to report failed repair, make sure to say this will be second repair attempt of this fault. If repair of same fault fails on three separate occasions, it is Dell policy to provide new replacement or full refund.
Hi @manojpk Dell shop requested my Alienware returned to them for repair and they installed factory 'missing' Alienware logo splash screen that I did not know was missing. Your Dell assigned contractor could have installed factory SSD complete with Alienware logo splash screen and made sure that your system works and does not crash. The first repair has not been completed. Please create another Service Request to report failed repair, make sure to say this will be second repair attempt of this fault. Make Formal Complaint and request elevation to Dell tier that can authorise repair or full return of purchase payment.

Thanks for you reply.
I contacted the Dell care.
They say, the factory image is only for the factory ssd. Any change, they cannot help on the recovery. I am not sure how to accept this as solution.
