x17 R2, Cherry MX keyboard malfunctioning

Question

My x17-R2 arrived today but the Cherry MX keyboard is malfunctioning since the first start up. The (ESC, ` , Tab, Caps) column and (F1,1,q,a,z) column are not working though light is on. After restart several times the problem is gone, but later appeared again with only the second column malfunctioning. Just exactly like what this guy described.  I hope Dell can make the technical team to work on a x17 R2 windows 11 Cherry MX firmware utilities as soon as possible since this problem can be solved but not solved for like half an year, like it's solved back in September 2021.

i tried it but still not working, i think the 2021 patch i posted is the solution but not for my x17 r2.

The file you link to was for the x17 R1/m15 R5/m15 R6. The x17 R2 drivers page has a Cherry keyboard firmware update dated March 9, 2022? Did you install it and retest?
