x17 R2, My Alienware App, error in the application

I had to recently uninstall and re-install the My Alienware App. The app itself runs after I successfully installed the Fusion service, but when I click on certain buttons such as the "Community" or "Accessories" I get the "Sorry, there was an error in the application" message. Even though the program itself works fine for the other buttons and it has correctly/successfully identified my service tag and express service code.

Has anyone else encountered this (and know how to resolve it)?
