PikeStance,

System processor must be an Intel Core i7 CPU or higher

System memory must be 8 GB ram or higher

Alienware Graphics Amplifier has an NVIDIA GTX 970 or AMD 390 GPU or higher.

The system is shipped with NVIDIA(R) GeForce RTX(TM) 3080 Ti 16GB GDDR6.

VR headsets doesn't work on any USB ports.

Ran compatability check and the compatability test failed on Graphic card and USB port.

However the headsets works for few days and then stops working.

 it may work intermittently but as per the website the VR is not supported.

Ok, I wanted to add....

When I was attempting to trouble shoot an issue I had with VR*, I disabled Virtual Display adapter

There were two of them listed listed. Now, I see only one listed and there isn't a way to enable them. I am guessing it may be the reason why I cannot connect. 

* In VR I was able to look right/left and up/down without issue, however, moving side to side and forward/ backwards resulting in everything moving as well.

Hi @PikeStance  Please open your online Dell account and create Service Request so that Dell Support officially knows that there is a problem to fix. Allow Dell Technical Support to have online session so that they can use their diagnostic tools to fix any software problems and if appropriate, get new hardware parts for you.
