Can 'Python SDK for Isilon' Version 8.1.1 be installed via an rpm?

Our location does not have ability to use 'pip' for installs. A colleague of mine created an rpm from source file sfor he installation. However when executing Isilon Ansibel Modules the 'Python SDK for Isilon' is not registering.
