Dell Warranty API

Hello, for the past few days we haven't been able to access the "Dell Warranty API" service (https://apigtwb2c.us.dell.com/PROD/sbil/eapi/v5/asset-entitlements), and we also can't check our subscriptions/access tokens.

If we go to "https://tdm.dell.com/portal/" to check our tokens, we get an error, and if we go to "https://developer.dell.com/subscriptions" we don't see the subscription, nor do we see the Warranty API to create a new subscription.

Can anyone help us with this?
