avamar client backup retore web interface doesn't open .
HI,
Sorry for my english .
I have a problem with avamar client 6.0.101.65
When I click on the Backup or Restor on my client Icone, i have don't the web intreface open.
My client has rthe right for Backup/restore action in the server manager.
Thank for your aide.

Hi,
I just had same issue today at customer with same version 6.0.101.65. Avamar DT/LT web login is enabled and all services are up but when you press on client Restore... or Backup... it doesnt open a website. Then i checked Console Log from client and found that there is an error saying that "HKEY_CURRENT_USER>SOFTWARE>CLIENTS>STARTMENUINTERNET" does not exist in registry. So created an entry manualy checking from other PC and it worked. Client was WIN7.

When you create key StartMenuInternet in registry there is allready (Default) value string in it so just modify it and write in value data for example: FIREFOX.EXE or IEXPLORE.EXE
