Hello,

Due to an issue with one of our DD's, we have quite a lot of unvalidated checkpoints, avamar writes the checkpoints to DD, and as such we are unable to modify the DD on the Avamar system as it fails with "Cannot update DD system. A checkpoint creation is in progress" and as such we are in a bit of a catch22 situation.

I did some digging and found this KB:

Which basically states I need to contact L2 Support to remove the Checkpoints so just wondering if anyone knows what that procedure is so that I can get them off the system and then successfully edit the DD.
