EMC Avamar Backup Agent resource for SQL Server Failed

Question

Our SQL cluster failed over early this morning.  Now the EMC Avamar Backup Agent resource for SQL Server is in a failed state. When I try to bring the resource back on-line the operation fails with error code 0x8007139a.  I am researching this error to try and generate some leads. Also, I am unable to browse the database from Avamar>BackupRestoreManage>BackupTab. When I invite the Cluster Client to activate with the Avamar Server I get an error that says, 'Unable to contact on port: 62243'.  I am researching this error as well. Do you have any troubleshooting tips?  Thanks!

I worked with Support and they used the AvamarClusterConfiguration tool to create a new Avamar Cluster object. The technician referred to it as the old tool. Then, I had to retire the old Avamar Cluster object.

It is working fine now
