'Default Quota' feature for branch users throwing error.

Question

I need to use the 'Default Quota' feature in the NAS for the Branch users. Here's the plan, the folders with the name of users will be created under the master folder called 'branch' using windows group policy, we need all the folders which will be created under the master folder 'branch' should be applied with 1 GB Quota.   I went through the 'Quo0ta configuration' guide from EMC, and tried the following commands but it give me an error 'report file not ready yet, retrying...' If you haven't done so, you'll want to open a support ticket with EMC.  You should be able to configure default quotas without getting any errors.
