getting 99 status code when backing up cifs shares on NAS box
Hi please ,
back up team says they have issue when they are trying to back up the shares . geeting an error with 99 code. best steps to trouble shoot this issue please?

traditional file level back up's . they say the filesyatems are not backed up for a while
now they are trying to back up and they get this error

If this is a Windows based back-up sw have you checked what "net heplmsg 99" says, otherwise have you checked your backup sw manual or are there any helpful message in server_log (data movers)?
