Hi Doug,

that actually depends on your Rainfinity hardware and what state your servers are in.

i.e. just inband is much less work than proxying or two-way syncing

For numbers please contact your local IP TC or Rainfinity expert

I don't have much experience with Rainfinty - I 'll send a request offline to Rainer - who may help you. In the mean time, I'll try to find the answer for you.
