how to retrieve file from centera based on file name using java api
how to retrieve file from centera based on file name using java api. I couldn't find any method..
1. I can see the file using CIFS + Windows mapping.
2. Is there anyway i can get xml (co, query, crv in JCASScript provides xml) with out clipid just based on file name ?
anybody done in before ?

Hello nagazinda -
There's no simple way to do this, other than reading through every clip in the Centera looking for your file.
My company is an EMC Partner has built a service offering that does this with a database to track what has been discovered, then uses this information to retrieve files (individually or en masse). We may be able to help you; more information at www.interlock-tech.com or info@interlock-tech.com.
