Folks,
Does the Centera have an over temperature sensor in it, so that if for some reason the air handlers in the computer room fail, the Centera would sense that things are overheating and then shut down to avoid serious damage?
If not, then
a) would EMC consider adding this? or
b) is there a way through the API to shut down the Centera, so that when my Unix box sees the problem, it can connect to the Centera, stop replication and then shut it down as the Unix box is going through it's own shutdown.
