AX / CX platforms disk compatibility
Hi,
I have a quick question:
I have a Clariion AX4. One Sata disk has a failed. I bought an EMC Clariion CX disk but it did not work after insersion. Both disks are similar in everything except the firmware version.
Do I need to buy a disk specificaly for AX4?

Go to support.emc.com and search for
AX4-5 Series Storage Systems Disk and FLARE OE Matrix
This lists all the disks supported by the AX4-5 series
