When I try and create a disk pool, I get an error message.  "Cannot create Pool: The operation is not supported until the current software package is committed.  Commit the software and retry the operation. (0x712d8108)"   There are a few other log entries around the same time for the SPB:  "Failing Command: Create Object type 197889.   71 2d 81 08".   I'm not sure what the issue is here.  All my software is committed or rather the option to commit them are greyed out.  Any ideas?
