Clariion CX4 FLARE code upgrade
Hello All,
I was trying to do FLARE code upgrade on our CX4 storage from 04.30.000.5.517 to 04.30.000.5.526 but i am having the below error. Any one have idea what this mean?
Rule Description: This rule checks for conflicting install/upgrade operations. Result of Rule Check: Unable to complete the check due to an internal error. Rule Instructions: There is an incompatible operation in progress. It may take several minutes to complete. Rerun the rules after it completes. No fix procedure is available for this rule.

When the NDU first runs, it checks to ensure that other operations on the array are not running that could affect the NDU. It appears that something is running on the array that NDU rule believes will cause issues and will not complete until the process is finished. If you still get this error, you might need to look at the health of the array to see what is causing the issue.
Are you using USM to performance the NDU? You should see a section about checking the array and it will shows the errors.
