I installed Dell Enterprise Manager on my laptop to setup a SCv3020, but I am unable to launch the client at all.

The version of Windows I am using is Windows 10  Build 18362

I'm running it as admin and attempted different compatibility version without results, anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thank you
