Help! Our SC4020 is died.
Hi all
Our company uses a Dell Storage SC4020. It have already 4 10k disks downed when we discovered.
We want to repair the storage, but the os of the storage can't be normal after the any controller restart.
We have tried to replaced the controllers and a equipment case. There is still the same problem.
This is the pic of the problem. Look forwad to replying.Thank all of you.

Hi @unknown anything,
For this particular issue alert, it is relating to bent pins in the mid plane. You mentioned you have replaced with an "equipment case", what do you mean? If you have replaced a known good chassis and issue still persist, you may need to contact support to analyze the storage logs. There are a few logs to gather by the support and to reach out to the engineering to find out what are the effected components.
